Sara and I up were up on time Thursday morning to run the 8k before you eat, Turkey Trot in Zeeland.
It was a snowy Thanksgiving morning, the snow gently falling from the sky the entire time we ran. Sounds Cold Yes I know but it was so pretty and because it wasn't windy it was actually really nice for running. You had to be a little careful with the footing because of all the snow on the ground but we just wanted to run for fun.
Sara and I Ran for Fun and we came through at 40:12, Not bad for a very Snowy easy going race. We are looking forward to running this again next year.
Pre-Race Packet picket was at Triple Root Brewery in Zeeland and Post Race Snacks and Drinks were at Franks. Timing was provided by Michigan Timing.
