On Sundays I try to get lots of my foods, breakfast, Lunch and snacks ready for the week.
Breakfast- Oatmeal with Chia, Flax, Cinnamon, and Brownsugar
Snack: Chobani Greek Yogurt
Fruits and Veggies to go with my lunch and as Snacks
La Croix to go with my lunch
Super Healthy whole wheat bread for my sandwiches
