Fit Night - Be Still


Tonight was the first workout that I led on my own !!!! Nervous and Exciting. It was so much fun. We started we with a simple warm up and then did cardio intervals for about 55 minutes with an ABS challenges, and Peace-full Cool Down. 

THANK YOU THANK YOU To everyone that Came tonight. It was a Great Group, I love working out with all of you.
