I am from Michigan and I have lived here my entire life. The Name for my blog was inspired by the fact that I Love MI and I love moving (running, biking, skiing, wake boarding, paddle boarding…….)

I am trying my hand at this blogging thing, sharing my Faith, my passion for fitness and attempts at living healthy and balanced.

I love leading fitness classes, facilitating Groove, Coaching High School Girls Cross Country and Girls on the Run !!
