Fall Fit By Nature Schedule

Get Fit by Nature this FALL!  
Two Fitness Level Opportunities!


Low Impact Exploration on Mondays from 6:15 – 7:00pm
(We walk, climb stairs or hills and strength train… no running!)
High Intensity Exploration on Mondays from 7:00 – 7:45pm
(We run, jump, skip, climb and strength train in the great outdoors!)

FALL Session:  September 8 – October 27   
8 weeks = $48 for one class or take both classes for $72
Walk-ins = $8 per class or $10 to take both

 The concept is very simple.  We meet at a different park each week from Spring Break through the end of October (3 sessions total).  Then, depending on the park we are at; we explore our environment, breathe in the fresh air and get a great workout all at the same time.  No matter what your fitness level, you can do one of these classes.  Here are the details for our Summer Session:
   
Fall Session – September 8 – October 27 (8 weeks/$48/$72)

Sept. 8 - Macatawa Greenspace (NEW!)–1230 Paw Paw Dr.  Holland
Sept. 15 - Wolters Woods - 6281 146th Ave., Holland
Sept. 22 - Ridge Point Trails - 104th and 24th, Holland
Sept. 29 - Pigeon Creek - Stanton, West Olive
Oct. 6 - Hemlock Crossings - 8115 West Olive Rd
Oct. 13 - Zeeland High School Wetlands - Riley and State St.
Oct. 20 – Helder Park - Quincy and 104th, Zeeland
Oct. 27 -  Kollen Park (Gathering at Boatwerks after class)
