Join us for an exercise- focused, "get
out and move" walk to Pine Bend and back. Total mileage is about 3.0
miles. We will have three short water and interpretive stops along the route.
This programs are for those seeking exercise-
focused recreation in the parks.

Join us for an exercise- focused, "get
out and move" walk through the upland forest toward the Spruce Loop
covering around 2.5 miles. There will be three short rest breaks intertwined
with interpretive moments.
