Wednesday Workout :

Cardio : 
20 minutes of your choice, Running, Biking,Elliptical ....

Strength: 
20 Inch Worm with the Squat and Push up 
20 Triceps Dip on Chair or Bench 
20 Bicycle Crunches 
Repeat 3x
