12/6/2012 Fit Night Challenge for the Week

Hello,
To everyone that Joined me for our First Fit Night !!!!!! Thanks for Coming. I just wanted to challenge you to keep active and moving in until when we meet again. 

Challenge For the Week: Focus on the Glutes and Hammies, They are some of the biggest muscle in our bodies, and they burn some serious calories, when we start to work them and make them stronger. So Try and do some Lunges, Squats, and leg kick backs this coming week. Also try to add some cardio to your week, walk/run/bike/elliptical shoot for 20-30 minutes 3 times.

We all know that to much sugar in our diets weighs us down, physically and mentally. It makes us fat, and messes with our energy levels. So Remember You're Sweet Enough Already : )
