Didn't Really Plan on This..... But its a good thing

Did not really Plan on Starting the Chalean Extreme workout, but we started doing it at work on lunch with a few ladies, and I really Liked it. I was just doing burn intervals once a week because that is all I had time for but this week I have been able to do all the works out so far. So I got a copy of the DVD's and I am going to Stick with it. I am down a few pounds from my Rejuvenation Detox, so I hope to continue and loose a few more. (Back to my pre-married weight). I also want to start working out in the morning again, I used to all the time and then my schedule changed and got a bit goofed up. 



Month 1-Burn
Monday-Circuit 1
Tuesday- Burn Intervals
Wednesday -Circuit 2
Thursday-Yoga on Lunch and Morning Cardio
Friday -Circuit 3
Saturday- Run
Sunday- Bike or Rest

Month 2-Push

Monday-Circuit 1
Tuesday- Burn Intervals
Wednesday -Circuit 2
Thursday-Yoga on Lunch and Morning Cardio
Friday -Circuit 3
Saturday- Run
Sunday- Bike or Rest


Month 3-Lean

Monday-Circuit 1
Tuesday- Burn Intervals
