It was a great morning for a run, there was no humidity in the air, and temp was down and it was almost refreshing when I stepped out the Door. I Didn't take my Watch but probably ran between 5-6 miles this morning. While I was listening to the songs on my ipod shuffle, this song came.. I was kind appropriate for Sunday morning, and turned my run into a prayer time for me.
