All Things Pumpkin Spiced!!!! A few Recipes i found online to get you in the Pumpkin spice mood !!
Pumpkin Spice Protein
Balls
Ingredients
1 cup pitted Medjool
dates
1/2 cup pecans
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup unsweetened
coconut flakes
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Place the dates into a
small bowl and cover with water. Let soak for 10 minutes, then drain.
- Place the pecans into a
food processor and pulse until finely ground. Add in the rest of the
ingredients, including the soaked dates. Pulse until combined. Adjust the
spices to taste. Place into the refrigerator for 30 minutes to chill.
- Use your
hands to form the dough into small balls. Store in the refrigerator in an
airtight container.

Pumpkin Spice Latte
Ingredients
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons pure pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus more for sprinkling
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup hot espresso or strong brewed coffee
Sweetened whipped cream, for serving
Instructions
Combine the milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla in a medium microwave safe bowl, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and vent with a small hole.
Microwave until the
milk is hot, 1 to 2 minutes. Whisk vigorously until the milk mixture is foamy,
about 30 seconds.
Pour the espresso or coffee into a large mug and add the foamed milk. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
