Fit By Nature Winter 2014

I absolutely love going to fit by nature classes partly because I get to lead them sometimes but mostly because it is a great opportunity to get outside and get some fresh air discover new places/parks and chat with friends.

January 20     Kollen Park  -  Park near Boatwerks

January 27     Tunnel Park – Lakeshore Dr.

February 3     Helder Trails – Park off Quincy in the trail parking lot

February 10   Mt. Pisgah – Holland State Park – park near the coast guard station

February 17   TBA

February 24   Window on the Waterfront – Columbia and 5^th St.   (Let’s hang at the Curragh afterwards!)
